Patient of the Month January 2020: MEET SHAY!
When Shay is present, in any environment, you’ll find an ease and magnetism about her. She has an easy smile, contagious laugh, and loving heart. Additionally, she has an enthusiasm for not only taking care of her health and spine, but those she cares about. Shay’s been most disciplined with her consistency of care; and been able to better manage the rigors of her stress-filled life. You’ve heard me say it many times… you can’t change what’s going on in the world, but you can support and improve how your body adapts to it. Shay’s trajectory in life has significantly changed for the better because of her commitment and health-focused choices. We love and appreciate you, Shay!
How long have you been under chiropractic care?
Since 2014, so six years in June.
What do you do for a living?
I bring food, drinks, and smiles at two different restaurants in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood: Lo Stella and Dozens.
What prompted you to seek chiropractic help & how has that changed?
I’ve had issues in the past with my knees hurting from all the work I do on my feet. I’ve had tendinitis in the past which was very painful. It made it difficult to go upstairs and doing my day-to-day activities. Now, I am much more mobile and comfortable.
What other changes have you noticed with your overall health & ideal-day activities?
I sleep much better now. I can’t express in words how much better I move around. Stairs! I can go upstairs without discomfort! I honestly think that I wouldn’t be able to be as active and keep two jobs like I do right now without my continuous care.
What do you like about Zeigler Chiropractic?
First of all, I love the excellent care I get. Also, it’s a great environment for peace, love, health, and friendship. One of my favorite places to be, is in the office. Annnnnd HUGS! All the hugs!
Thank you Shay for sharing your vital health care experiences as Zeigler Chiropractic’s Patient of the Month for January 2020!No tags for this post.
