Patient of the Month September 2020: Meet Lisa!
Lisa is such a chiropractic rock star! Not only does she make sure that she takes care of her spine, she makes sure that her family does too. And, she shares what she knows with those around her. Lisa gets adjusted when she is injured, sick and when she is feeling great, because she knows that a healthy spine/nervous system equals the opportunity to live an optimal life. What a wonderful role model for her kids! We commend you Lisa! Keep up the great work!
How long have you been under chiropractic care?
I started with Dr. Miaken in October of 2013.
What do you do for a living?
I work in the residential contracting/remodeling industry.
What prompted you to seek chiropractic help & how has that changed?
I injured my back training for two Tough Mudders after having a child.
By the way, for those not familiar with what a Tough Mudder is, it’s an endurance event series in which participants attempt 10–12-mile-long (16–19 km) obstacle courses. It was co-founded by Will Dean and Guy Livingstone. The obstacles often play on common human fears, such as fire, water, electricity and heights. The first Tough Mudder challenge was held in the United States in 2010. As of 2016, more than 3 million people worldwide have participated in Tough Mudder events.
What other changes have you noticed with your overall health & ideal day activities?
I recover from injuries quicker and seldomly get sick, which makes me very happy!
What do you like about Zeigler Chiropractic?
I appreciate Zeigler Chiropractic’s approach to chiropractic care, community, overall flexibility in scheduling and the sincere kindness and concern they bring to me each time I am in their office for my regular chiropractic care.
Thank you Lisa for sharing your vital health care experiences as Zeigler Chiropractic’s Patient of the Month for September 2020!
